What we collect.

When you fill out a form on this site (Find Your EV, Sell or Trade, a build request, a reservation, or the newsletter), we collect what you type: your name, contact details, and what you told us about the car you want or the car you have. When you book a test drive, scheduling runs through Cal.com, which handles your booking details under its own privacy policy. We use this information to respond to you, hold vehicles, prepare offers, and run Otonamo. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS).

If you give us your mobile number and check a consent box on our Contact Us form, we’ll text you only for the category you agreed to (marketing and/or informational, kept separate). Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We do not share, sell, or provide your personal information (PII) or your text-messaging consent to any third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. The only parties that ever touch this data are the service providers that help us send the messages and run our business (for example, our CRM and messaging carrier), and only so they can perform that work for us. No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone for their independent use.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site (pages viewed, buttons clicked) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising. Both set cookies and receive standard technical data like your browser type and the pages you visit here. Neither receives what you type into our forms. One additional small cookie only remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.

You can limit this in your browser settings (block third-party cookies), with an ad/tracker blocker, via Google’s Ads Settings and Analytics opt-out, or Meta’s Ad Preferences. The site works fine either way.

Payments.

No card or bank details are ever entered on this site today. When online payments launch, they will be handled by a payment processor (such as Stripe); we will not store your payment details.
