Using this site.

You may use this site to browse inventory, request information, and contact us. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on this site is owned by Otonamo or used with permission and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Vehicle information and pricing.

We work hard to keep vehicle details, availability, and pricing accurate, but listings are for general information and can change or contain errors. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A sale is final only when set out in a signed agreement. Advertised prices are subject to change and availability; taxes, title, and registration are added as applicable.

Text messaging (SMS) terms.

When you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on our Contact Us form, you agree to receive text messages from Otonamo LLC at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, for the category you selected (marketing and/or informational). Marketing and informational consent are separate; consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 574-339-5372 or Info@otonamo.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others; carrier participation may change. These terms follow the industry standards for U.S. messaging described by our messaging provider, here.

Privacy.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information or your text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Otonamo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Changes, governing law, and contact.
