A portable charger that plugs into an ordinary 120 volt household outlet and charges any EV with a J1772 port. Keep it in the trunk, or use it every night if your daily driving is modest.

- 12 amps, 1.44 kW. Adds 35 miles or more overnight in a typical electric car, less in a large SUV or truck.

What it works with
Any EV with a J1772 charge port. That covers most non-Tesla EVs built before their makers switched to the Tesla-style (NACS) port, including the 2022 to 2025 Rivian R1S and the 2023 to 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 6.
Good to know
- Level 1 charging is slow by design. It suits overnight top-ups and modest daily driving. For a full battery every morning, a Level 2 home charger is the better tool.
