Aviloo State of Health Test
The physical battery test. We connect the Aviloo tester to your EV at our Mishawaka shop and you leave with an independent, certified State of Health reading. About 3 minutes, any make of EV.
$150 Aviloo FLASH test, certificate included
By appointment at 1649 E McKinley Ave, Mishawaka
Aviloo is the independent EV battery diagnostics company. Its FLASH test reads the battery through the car's diagnostic port and issues an official certificate on the spot. No long drive, no dongle to mail back.
- State of Health (SoH) as a percentage of the battery's original condition, with a benchmark against comparable EVs.
- Pack and cell voltages, battery management system function, sensor accuracy and communication checks.
- An official Aviloo certificate, printed with a QR code to the digital original, issued immediately.
- Accuracy you can quote. Aviloo reports that in at least 95 percent of reference measurements the SoH value is within 3 percentage points.
Pay at the shop when the test is done. Testing happens during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
How it works
- Book a time. Use the form below or text 574-339-5372. Tell us the year, make and model so we have the right adapter ready.
- Bring the car in. Arrive with at least a quarter charge. We connect the Aviloo tester to the diagnostic port; the test itself takes about 3 minutes.
- Leave with the certificate. You get the printed Aviloo certificate and the link to the digital original before you drive off.
Who it is for
- Buying a used EV from a private seller or another dealer. Bring the car by before you pay for it. A certified number beats a seller's word.
- Selling your EV. A certificate from an independent tester is the strongest proof you can hand a buyer, and it holds your price.
- Settling a question about the battery. Warranty claims, lease returns and disputes call for an objective reading. Aviloo's deeper PREMIUM test, which records a complete charging cycle and is written for use as objective proof, is available on request.

Good to know
- The test reads the battery through the car's own diagnostic interface. A fault the car does not report through that interface cannot be detected, and the certificate describes the battery at the time of testing.
- Any make of EV or plug-in hybrid Aviloo supports. Text us the year, make and model if you want to check before you book.
- Every EV on our lot already carries a Recurrent Range Score. Want an Aviloo certificate on one of our cars before you buy? Ask, and we will run it while you are here.
